For detailed instructions on how to use our cookie cutters effectively, please visit our user guide here.
Our cookie cutters can be cleaned easily. You can wash them in the dishwasher on the top rack. For any dough stuck in the cutter, use a little brush to gently brush it off. Alternatively, you can wash them by hand in warm, soapy water.
Yes, we have a recipe page available here. For best results, we recommend using recipes that don’t include raising agents like baking powder, as these can cause the details of the cookie cutters to become bloated during baking.
Yes, our cookie cutters are made with food contact-safe materials. They have been rigorously tested by SGS United Kingdom Ltd and have passed all required food contact safety tests. You can bake with confidence knowing that our products are food contact safe.
Our cookie cutters are made in London, United Kingdom, using FDM 3D printers. We use food contact safe plastic materials sourced from the EU, and our dedicated staff meticulously maintain the printers to ensure top-notch quality in every cutter we produce.
While we currently offer some cookie cutters that can be personalized, such as the Personalized Dog Bone cookie cutter, we’re not equipped to handle custom requests on a one-off basis at this time. However, we are always open to suggestions! If you have an idea for a specific design, like a particular breed of dog, let us know. If it’s something we can incorporate, we might feature it in our store for everyone to enjoy.
We strive to minimize single-use plastic in our packaging. Our cookie cutters are packed in glassine bags made from virgin pine cellulose, which is a more sustainable option compared to traditional plastic packaging. The glassine bags are then placed inside a cardboard box lined with our Bakerlogy tissue paper. We use bubble wrap sparingly and only when necessary. The final package is wrapped in polymail bags made from recycled plastic. We’re continually working to improve our packaging to be as sustainable as possible.

At this time, we do not offer wholesale options. You can find our cookie cutters exclusively on our website, Amazon store, Etsy store, and eBay store. Occasionally, we set up market stalls in the UK under our brand name, Bakerlogy, and we announce these events on our Instagram. If you come across cookie cutters that look like ours offered elsewhere or under another brand, please note they are not from us. We handle all manufacturing in-house to ensure the highest quality, and wholesale arrangements don’t fit our business model due to the impact on profit margins.
